Ten years after the National Broadband Network began, the consumer watchdog is warning some customers are paying more, for little to no benefit.
Australian Competition and Consumer Commission chairman Rod Sims says some low-speed plans are at least 10-dollars a month more expensive than equivalent plans on the ADSL network.
