The moment rescuers spotted missing boys drifting at sea

A helicopter search and rescue operator has described the moment two boys were spotted drifting at sea, after being missing for around 18 hours.

The  brothers – aged 12 and 18 – went missing off Ningaloo in a three metre inflatable dinghy, late on Tuesday.

Bristow Helicopters winch operator Gordon Watt told Mornings with Gareth Parker, after hours of searching they spotted the boys waving for help.
