A Perth dad has been hailed an everyday hero after saving a drowned dog by giving him mouth-to-mouth.
Cottesloe lawyer Chris Marshall told Mornings with Gareth Parker, the rescue mission unfolded at his local beach when he spotted a kelpie being dragged from the water.
