New figures show WA’s public health system is under increasing pressure, with wait times growing across the state’s hospital emergency departments.

The Australian Medical Association’s Dr David McCoubrie told Mornings with Gareth Parker, there’s been increasing pressure for several years, and there aren’t enough resources to cope.

Health minister Roger Cook then joined Mornings to explain what he thinks the major contributing factors are.
