City of Vincent cuts red tape in a bid to save Beaufort Street

The City of Vincent has agreed to a 12 month amnesty on Change of Use applications for new businesses on Beaufort Street.

This will cut red tape by taking out development approvals, on site car parking costs and time for advertising and assessment.

Mayor Emma Cole told Oliver Peterson she hopes this will make it easier for businesses to give Beaufort Street a go and start trading straight away.
