Back home to WA for new Fremantle Docker

Taken by GWS with pick 29 in the 2013 national draft, Rory Lobb made his football debut Round 12, 2014, against Essendon at Spotless Stadium. Lobb, who came to football late after mainly focusing on basketball, impressed many with his athletic ability while playing with Swan Districts in the WAFL. In 2013, he averaged twelve disposals, three marks and twenty-four hitouts.

In the 2018 trade period, Lobb requested a trade to the Fremantle Dockers despite being contracted with GWS for 2019. He was officially traded on 17 October to the Dockers.

Already checking out his new club, the 206 cm big man shares his impressions on the facilities & how the club have reacted to him coming home to WA & where he might make an impact in the team.
