Welfare cash being used to bribe children for sex

Police Commissioner Karl O’Callaghan has issued a call for the urgent expansion of cashless welfare programs in WA communities such as Roebourne, where he says welfare money is being used to bribe children for sex.

Commissioner O’Callaghan told Mornings with Gareth Parker, the WA community can’t stand-by and accept the ‘almost unrecoverable crisis’.
