Telstra chief executive Andy Penn has confirmed the telco is ramping up its recruitment of overseas workers, claiming there is a lack of talent in Australia.

The Communication Workers’ Union’s National President, Shane Murphy, told Mornings with Gareth Parker, that’s an absurd suggestion.
