Dogs nip at Eagles winning heels
West Coast have held on for an 8-point win despite a late surge from the reigning Premiers, the Western Bulldogs, at Domain Stadium on Friday night.
The Bulldogs started the game with the first goal, but the Eagles quickly turned the scores around then constantly had the Dogs at their heels right up to the final few minutes with a couple of late goals finishing 9.15 (69) to 8.13 (61).

Bulldogs swingman, Marcus Adams was pushed to up the ground, but he wasn’t accurate in front of the goals kicking 1.4 while Eagles forward, Josh Kennedy had an off night recording three goals, 6 behinds.
