Tributes to ‘amazing’ Claremont man

A US cafe manager has paid tribute to a Claremont man who she met in the days before he was hit and killed while cycling in Kansas.
60 year old Michael Balfe was struck by a car on Highway 54 earlier this week, and died a short time later, leaving behind a wife and three children.
Home Plate Cafe manager Cindy McWilliams has told Gary Adshead, Michael made a lasting impact.
