Wes Capper ran 128 km and completed over 900 burpees at the weekend for a good cause… to raise funds and awareness about Darcy Keeley’s situation. Darcy is five-years old and is currently in hospital receiving treatment for acute Myeloid Leukaemia. His character and fight is inspiring.

If you want more information on how to help, through donation or giving up some money, please go to the Facebook page, Do it for Darcy!

Simon spoke to Wes’s epic 24 hours exercise mission, and then to Sam Keeley, Darcy’s dad, about the families support and experience in and out of hospital in Perth
