St John responds to reports into paramedic suicides

St John Ambulance CEO Tony Ahern has defended the organisation, in the wake of two reports which found a culture of bullying and a failure to manage the psychological health of workers.
Mr Ahern has told Gary Adshead the cluster of suicides linked to the organisation is horrific, but not surprising.
