When it comes to AFL Football, 6PR is second to none. Our coverage includes every West Coast Eagles and Fremantle Dockers match both home and away for the entire season, with longer pre-game and post-game than anyone else in town.

6PR have an excellent team headed by WCE premiership player Karl Langdon and 1985 Brownlow medallist Brad Hardie alongside leading commentators Adam Papalia & Mark Readings, former Fremantle Dockers player Luke McPharlin, former West Coast Eagles player Glen Jakovich and play by play callers Shane McInnes and Peter Vlahos.

In 2018, AFL legend Peter Daicos joins the lineup along with highly respected caller Matt Granland.

When the other big games take place, 6PR delivers them via our sister station 3AW whose coverage is spearheaded by Tim Lane, Dwayne Russell, Bruce Eva, Tony Leonard, Matthew Lloyd, Jimmy Bartell, Matthew Richardson & Tony Shaw.

AFL Nation is 6PR’s additional broadcast supplier providing two matches a weekend with their commentary line-up including Gerard Whateley, Anthony Hudson, Gary Lyon and Danny Frawley.
