Selecting a place to live in your senior years is an important decision, but how secure are you once you move in?

Curtin University researcher Pnina Levine co-authored a Lotterywest-funded report which looked at whether current legislation ‘supported the ongoing housing needs of seniors’ in a range of accommodation types, including residential villages.

Among the topics researchers explored where the rights of residents and provisions for alternative accommodation in cases of eviction.
