There are calls for Pokemon Go players to stay away from the war memorial in Kings Park, after players interrupted a service on the weekend.

The RSL WA wants players to stay away from the cenotaph and Court of Contemplation as they strive to ‘catch ’em all’ in one of Perth’s Pokemon Go hotspots.

State War Memorial Warden Geoff Simpson told Gary Adshead on the 6PR Morning Show, that Pokemon Go players lacked respect for those attending the weekend’s service.
