Truffle-mania will hit Manjimup this weekend, when the Truffle Kerfuffle celebrates the fresh black delicacy.

Head chef at Garum, Mario Di Natale joined Mornings with Gareth Parker, to share his tips on the best way to eat truffles.

Mario also got mouths watering around Perth, with a freshly prepared truffle tortellini, for Gareth to taste.
