Teens struggle when using phones after lights out

New research has found teenagers who use their mobile phones after they go to bed are more likely to sleep poorly, have lower self-esteem and have behavioural problems.

Murdoch University’s Dr Lyn Vernon told Mornings with Gareth Parker, a significant majority of the teenagers they studied, used their phones after dark.
