Fremantle head to Canberra this weekend to go up against one of the Premiership favourites, Greater Western Sydney Giants, but Fremantle are thankful they have their own giant in their side.

Aaron Sandilands was given a fine for his hit on the Gold Coast’s Jarryd Lyon’s, but was cleared to play.

“You feel sorry for him, you have to really bend down to get to a lot of people’s heights. Obviously he’s very stoked with the result… He was a bit stressed after the game,” Brandon Matera told 6PR Breakfast.
