Special exception sees Perth children benefit from discounted cannabis oil
Lisa Johnson’s son Archer has Cerebral Palsy Spastic Diplegia. It means he has uncontrollable epilepsy, and was having 2-3 seizures per day.
But when Lisa gave eight-year-old Archer some cannabis oil in September, he showed huge improvement. It was great news for the family, but left them struggling to keep up with the $40,000/year bill.
