Should we take a zero-tolerance approach to bullies?

The Victorian Opposition has introduced a ‘zero-tolerance’ policy to deal with bullying but Adam Voigt from Adam Voigt Education Solutions says it’s a bad idea because zero-tolerance in other countries hasn’t worked and it drives bullies to get better at bullying.
