Sari Club land owners back down on development

One of the sites of the Bali bombings, where 88 Australians were killed, could finally be turned into a memorial park.

The land owners of Sari club have agreed to sell the land for just under $5 million after meeting with members of the Bali Peace Park Association.

However, the owners also want compensation package for loss of business, so the deal is not done yet.

Bali Peace Park Association Chairman David Napoli spoke to Oliver Peterson today to explain this latest development.
