WA Senator Linda Reynolds has been recently promoted in the Scott Morrison Government to Minister for Defence Industry.

The Minister stopped by the studio today to have a chat to Oliver Peterson about what’s on the agenda for her ministry in the lead up to the Federal election.

“Defence industry – there is nothing more important for Western Australia. I have been promoting tirelessly here and overseas the amazing capability West Australia industry has to not only build ships but also the systems, the smarts and manufacturing.

“The good thing is about having a West Australian Defence Industry Minister is that while this is truly a national endeavour, it will certainly give me an opportunity to remind people just how capable we are.”
