New proposal for regulating short-stay accommodation

A number of reforms are being proposed ahead of the Parliamentary Inquiry into Short-Stay Accommodation in WA, getting underway tomorrow.

Holiday rental platform, Stayz is recommending compulsory registration for all listed properties, and code of conduct which would include a three strikes rule.

Stayz Corporate Affairs Director Eacham Curry told Mornings with Gareth Parker, many of their recommendations are already part of the company’s policies.
