Nearly a dozen community groups and clubs are facing big bills after the Town of Mosman Park issued fees for utilities and insurance which it had failed to charge for up to seven years.

Mosman Park mayor Brett Pollock told Mornings with Gareth Parker they don’t expect everyone to pay.

Geoff Emery from Swan Canoe Club then told Mornings, his club cannot afford to pay the $14,000 it has been told it owes.
