Police have found a grave site they believe to be that of missing Doubleview woman Julie Anne Cooper.

Police located the remains in Ashendon near the Jarrahdale Forest off Albany Highway yesterday — after taking a man known to Ms Cooper into custody.

6PR reporter Cassidy Mosconi says police are now looking to locate her missing 2006 Toyota Camry sedan.
