The Nedlands deputy Mayor received his local council ballot papers in the mail on Thursday, expecting to see the Nedlands listings, but when he and his wife opened the envelops they found it was for Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

Bill Hassell told 6PR there were 572 wrong papers set up and it raises issues about process for voting.
