Climate policy economist Brian Fisher has released a report showing Labor’s 45 percent emissions reduction target could see electricity prices increasing by 50 percent higher
Mr Fisher is a Director at BAEconomics, and told Mornings with Gareth Parker there will be a significant cost to the Australian economy.
