“It breaks my heart to see destitute people asleep in doorways”: Liza Harvey

Today Leader of the Opposition Liza Harvey joined Oliver Peterson for the Monday Agenda. They spoke about her plans for the Liberal Party, Perth’s economy,  plus the appointment of WA’s first Shadow Minister for Homelessness.

“There’s more homeless people than I’ve ever seen in Perth and in 2019 it’s unacceptable.

The State Government are there to provide housing… and to look after people who cant look after themselves. The Premier seems to have his head in the sand on this issue.

“If you don’t talk to the people who are homeless, understand what their problems are, then you can’t provide a solution.”
