A rumour to the Rumour File tipped us off that Danny Green was going to record and release a song, so we checked in with the WA boxing champion.

Green told Steve and Baz he wanted to dedicate Elvis Presley’s Love Me Tender to his bull terrier dog, YoYo.

He tuned up the guitar, got the chords going and then broke out into song… then admitted it wasn’t him on the guitar, it was Kevin “Bloody” Wilson.

Record promoter Kenny Walther also joined 6PR Breakfast on the line to offer Green some advice.
