This week on Suburban Focus, Anthea Harris, Local Studies Librarian at Nedlands Library joined Michael and Carmen to talk all things Nedlands.

The inner-western suburb of Nedlands has a population of 10,000. Nedlands has a mix of low-cost housing for students  at UWA, but also has wealthy homes. Both Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Perth Children’s Hospital, Hollywood Private Hospital and the Lions Eye Institute are found in Nedlands. With a range of recreation facilities, tennis courts, sport clubs, parks, a yacht club and golf course.
