Eagles forwards ready to fly to the Magpies

Jack Darling is set to play against the Pies this weekend and a fitness test is all that’s holding back Josh Kennedy from lining up with the Eagles when they travel to the MCG to face second-placed Collingwood.

“I’m pretty sure Jack’s ready to go. He was training really well last week and was probably in contention for the game, but I think they just held him off last week. So I think this week, he’ll be back in which will be great to see. He’s still got to get through a bit of training, just like me, but I’m pretty sure he’s back in the action,” Josh Kennedy told 6PR Breakfast.
“I’ve got to get through Thursday’s training session, medically I’m all good to go so it’s just up to the fitness staff now,” he added.
