Dr Ross Babbage is CEO of Strategic Forum, a not-for-profit organisation committed to fostering high-level discussions and debates on the security challenges confronting Australia. He spoke to Jane Marwick today about how China’s reach in business and politics in our region is a growing concern. He says people need to better understand the nature of the Chinese regime.

“There is a simple message I’d say to people who are inclined to dismiss the activities we see Chinese front organisations conducting in Australia, Chinese Government agencies directly doing various things and in particular what the Chinese are doing internationally… Is to basically do their homework.”
