The State Government has announced a review of WA’s criminal confiscation laws, over claims innocent people have been caught up in property seizures.

Attorney General John Quigley told Mornings with Gareth Parker, they will look at whether the laws – where the property of drug dealers or property used in connection a criminal offence can be seized – are being applied  fairly.
