Child sexual assault cases rise as six-year statute of limitation lifted

Since July 1, when time restrictions for the victims of sexual assault to sue were removed, there’s been a significant increase in lawsuits alleging historic child sex abuse.

Chris spoke with Tom Percy QC, about what the national redress scheme means for victims and perpetrators of abuse.
