Centrelink enlists ‘world expert’ on call centres
The tax payer funded Centrelink has copped some criticism in recent years over sub-par customer service and the decision to outsource call centres to SERCO. This year the social service is taking a new approach to customer service by enlisting the help of a “world expert” on call centres from the USA.
