Bayswater gets apartments to “attract people of diverse backgrounds”

Construction has begun on a 17-apartment development in Bayswater, which will be within walking distance of the new Bayswater station.

The station is set to be upgraded later this year as apart of MetroNet.

The State Government says the Foyle Road apartments will be high quality and affordable, offering people of diverse incomes and backgrounds a place to call home.

Housing Minister Peter Tinley joined Oliver Peterson to share some more information.

Minister Tinley also gave Oliver an update on the situation Perth LIVE has been following regarding Ron Rowton – the pensioner who has had his house acquired by the City Of Kalamunda to purchase at a time of their choosing.
