Attorney General Christian Porter on Mornings

Federal Attorney General Christian Porter has rejected calls to refer Peter Dutton to the High Court over questions around his eligibility.

The Home Affairs Minister has financial interests in two childcare centres which receive Commonwealth subsidies, potentially putting him in breach of the constitution.

Mr Porter told Mornings with Gareth Parker, not every case needs to be refered.
