The Australian Manufacturing Workers Union is calling for an inquiry to publicly expose the unfair and exploitative labour hire practices in WA.

The AMWU State Secretary Steve McCartney joined Oliver Peterson on Perth LIVE to discuss what they hope to get out of an inquiry.

“We want to make sure there’s some regulation and ability to get these workers some rights.

“So often these people get treated like cannon fodder for capital.”
