Questions have been raised over the appointment process of the City of Perth CEO Martin Mileham.

The Guardian Express has revealed a three person committee signed-off on the CEO’s probation key performance indicators rather than the full Perth Council.

Guardian Express journalist Giovanni Torre says the approval by the committee may be a breach of his contract and that the Local Government Minister David Templeman has requested advice as to whether a breach has occurred.
