Median Perth house prices have fallen in the March quarter

There’s been a sharp fall in the median house price in Perth in the March quarter.
It’s down 2.1 per cent, to a little over $599,000.
Senior Economist at Domain Group – Dr Andrew Wilson says it’s not entirely unexpected.
