McGowan commits to $2.5b Perth Metronet

State Opposition leader Mark McGowan has again pledged to start building Metronet, an ambitious, expanded rail system with a sticker price of $2.5 billion if he wins the next state election in 2017.
Mr McGowan and State Transport Minister Dean Nalder joined Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings.
