Justice Minister remains staunch on Anne Aly

Justice Minister Michael Keenan has continued his attack on Labor’s candidate for the WA seat of Cowan.

The Senior Liberal has accused Dr Anne Aly, a counter terrorism expert, of breaking ranks with Bill Shorten and the Labor party, by not supporting anti terror and immigration policy.

In his final regular 6PR segment ahead of the July 2 election, Mr Keenan told Gary Adshead, he believed appealing for a lesser sentence for somebody like Junaid Thorne is certainly not a part of Dr Aly’s job.
