The owner of a home gutted by fire on the weekend has returned to survey the damage this morning.

Arson squad detectives are investigating the blaze at the vacant rental property, that was sparked during a party, believed to have been advertised on Facebook.

Lisa Barnes spoke to the owner at the scene, and told Gary Adshead he believes the home was targeted on a real estate website.
