Hawthorn is the 2015 Premiers and has taken out the AFL Grand Final for the third year in a row after a massive 46-point win over the West Coast Eagles at the MCG on Saturday.

Hawthorn successfully pulled off their three-peat as Cyril Rioli was quick to get the Hawks rolling as his teammates in Jack Gunstan and Isaac Smith added to the damaging 16.11 (107) to 8.13 (61) score line

The Eagles got off to a quick start with Luke Shuey kicking the first goal of the game, but Rioli answered back just as fast with a couple of majors only minutes into the first quarter.

Rioli finished with those two early goals, Gunston kicked four goals and Smith had three majors while the Eagles only multiple goal kicker was Jeremy McGovern at the end of the game.

Sam Mitchell had 34 disposals for the game, and the Eagles Andrew Gaff ran hard with 34 disposals.
Cyril Rioli was named the Norm Smith Medallist for his remarkable efforts throughout the game.
