Fears grow as tensions rise between two nuclear-armed neighbours

India has launched an attack on nine sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-administered Kashmir, reportedly killing several civilians and injuring dozens more.
Curtin University International Security expert associate professor Alexey Muraviev spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said the attack is the most serious political-military crisis between the two nuclear-armed states since the Kargil incident of 1999.
