A recent survey has revealed that Baby Boomers are demonstrating increased attention to etiquette in their daily interactions within society, raising questions about whether the days of traditional etiquette are behind us.

Etiquette Expert Anna Musson joined Julie-anne Sprague to discuss how traditional etiquette practices have evolved over time. 

“Technology has caused us to shorten, simplify and become more casual, the workplace has become more casual, and in many instances our language has become more casual,” Ms Musson said.

“We should always now, think of etiquette as thoughtfulness and kindness, and take the gender and age out of it, and just think of it as thoughtfulness and kindness.”
