Eagles Win Secures Second

The West Coast Eagles have secured second spot on the AFL ladder to end the season after a massive 95-point win over Saint Kilda at Domain Stadium on Saturday night.
The Saints brought the contest up to the Eagles at times in the second quarter, but failed to put points on the board while West Coast ran away with the game in the second half as Josh Kennedy kicked two goals to start the third quarter.
There was no turning back from there as the Saints only kicked one goal, one behind in the second half and the Eagles ran out 18.17(125) to 4.6(30) winners.
Andrew Gaff got a lot of the ball with 36 disposals, Matt Priddis also clocked up 35. Mark LeCras kicked four goals while Josh Kennedy and Nic Natanui kicked three goals apiece.
