The WA Road Safety Commission wants feedback on WA’s trial of new motorcycle filtering laws.

WA Motorcycle Riders Association safety officer Simon Waters says motorcyclists are rarely fined for illegal lane filtering but clarity was required on regulations.

“Prior to the new laws it wasn’t actually illegal [to lane filter], there was a grey area,” he told 6PR Breakfast hosts Oliver Peterson and Jenna Clarke, in for Gareth Parker this week.
