Barry Knowles was diagnosed with mesothelioma in February 2010 and was given six to 12 months to live, five years on and he continues to fight the asbestos-related disease. The Perth man has written a book: Reflections Through Reality: Mesothelioma, My Journey. 
Direct from the book release, Mr. Knowles joined Chris Ilsley in the 6PR studios to tell his story.
