Amateur footy blame game

It’s been alleged an off-duty police officer was seriously assaulted during a third grade match in Perth’s northern suburbs opn the weekend.
The West Australian has reported, the Ocean Ridge player received a broken jaw and had his front teeth knocked out when he was ‘king hit’ by a Maddington Bulls player in the WA Amateur Football League third round match on Saturday.
But the father of one of the Maddington Bulls players claims the violence-tinged game was sparked by the Ocean Ridge players, with head high knocks through out the game.
